Cascade commercial dishwasher detergent disappeared for a while but it has returned under a different name. "Cascade Fryer Boil Out." . It's the same ingredients as the old dishwasher detergent.

What makes you think it's the same stuff? It doesn't say it's the same, just some puff about it "cleaning the same", typical ad copy bs.
Sounds very harsh as a "boil out" I'm sticking with Cascade Platinum. Works great, everything sparkles clean. At BJ's it is 17¢ a load.
