The form prohibits sharing or transferring data to any other party without a new application and express written approval of the Secretary of State, and prohibits leaving voter data unsecured and publicly available online or offline.
Note: This conflicts with the relevant statute, which allows the list to be displayed on the internet "for election, scholarly, journalistic, or political purposes" except as determined by the Secretary of State. Cal. Elec. Code § 2194(a)(3).
