Go to google maps & do a street view of Mpls & St. Paul Drive across the 35W bridge, while it's under construction. You can see the heavy eqpt, lanes blocked, porta johns, water tank truck... Must have been photographed July of 07. You can even drive under it on the west river Pkwy & look up at the soon to fail Gusset Plates...
