I never needed to clean it up myself yet but a look at the MSDS (MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET) for Harvey's TFP paste reveals that it's 20% Soy Bean Oil and 50% Calcium Carbonate (among other stuff in less significant quantities) - the former readily dissolves in hexane and the latter in vinegar. I could not actually find any cleaning agent/solvent that would indicate the use of hexane in any of the big home improvement stores (used for extraction of all sorts of interesting oils from all kinds of plants, I'm guessing HD and Lowes do not want to be a part of this) but there's no shortage of it on eBay and various other online retailer.

Interesting line from the Harvey's TFP paste MSDS:

Will Dissolve In: Not determined.

So, whatever will eventually get it, you are facing an uphill battle - once the stuff solidifies, it's not expected to go anywhere easily.
