I had a very old (circ. 1973) prismatic cylinder. A new bathroom has been installed with a Stuart Turner Showermate U1.8 bar Twin on the advice of the design company. The whole system is now blown where brown gunge has entered the system and the hot water tank in the loft. Should the pump have been installed and is it the likely cause of the problem?
