tiny black bugs on pole beans - aphids?

Little black bugs and also ants on pole beans......otherwise look healthy.....any advise appreciated.

Sounds like aphids. As Billy said hose off if the plant will stand it (they cannot crawl back up and so will starve to death) or spray with a mild insecticide such as pyrethrum.
