Yes. Some wild species of Lactuca (lettuce). Should exude a milky sap when your break the stem. Prolific seeder.

It depends on whether you want it, but it's Sonchus oleraceus (smooth sow thistle), which is generally accounted a weed.

Not a Lactuca, but another member (Sonchus oleraceus) of tribe Cichorieae.

Sonchus arvensis, field sowthistle, from the looks of it in the photos. Are there rhizomes?

As to whether it's a weed or not... most people do consider it a weed, but if you've got finches and other seed eaters around, they consider it a great delicacy.
