I am growing these from seed, apparently they take 40 days or more to germinate. Would I be better off putting these in an electric heated propagator?

I am growing these from seed, apparently they take 40 days or more to germinate. Would I be better off putting these in an electric heated propagator?
These are cool weather growers - better to sow in the fall for blooms next year.
