Cyclamen. It's a big family of plants, but the ones commonly sold in supermarkets are referred to often as "florist's cyclamen". The white ones are the most fragrant, from what I've noticed. Not the easiest plant to care for. Study first.

Doesn't Hyacinth only bloom once a year?

Yes, but Hyacinthus orientalis can be planted in a pot and forced to bloom indoors during the winter months with a very sweet aroma that can fill a room. After they have bloomed and the foliage has died back, they can be planted outdoors and enjoyed for many springs to come. You have to buy new bulbs each year for forcing indoors.
