1-Plant Propagation: Principles and Practices by Hartmann and Kester 2-?
1) The Reference Manual of Woody Plant Propagation, Michael Dirr and Charles Heuser 2) Making More Plants, Ken Druse 3) AHS: Plant Propagation
None that I am aware of that address the scope and the detail that these texts do.
