Is this the part you're looking for (see image below)?  I doubt you can find a reliable source of parts for this system these days, but they do make their way on eBay every so often. I can suggest running a search for the names of the parts of the system, such as "GE RR-7" - that's the solenoid replacements ( and there are a few auctions of these going on right now ) or "GE RS2" - rocker switch - and approach the seller with the question about the panel. Many of them are selling off old stocks of companies that no longer exist and they might just have the <i>G-E Master Selector Switch</i> (the device on the picture) that you are looking for.

This is totally off the wall but it sounds like if your solenoid panel is still fine, it may be a nice electronics project to make a micro controller-based panel that operates  those relays. There isn't anything in that Master Switch that cannot be done with todays parts. It would be a custom designed device though and likely even more expensive than a replacement panel (if you can find one that is). Perhaps it's something to consider as an alternative to rewiring the house...
