How can I get at the pump and is there a place to remove it and clear Thank you, I have been in touch with Whirlpool but no satisfactory response,it is less than 12 months old
Usual with such machines is to pull off the trim strip below the door which should reveal the pump filter/trap. Make sure you put a tray or something under the front of the machine when you do it as you will likely get a couple of pints of water come out.
Such noises are more often than not a coin in the back end of the pump which you will be able to extract after you have removed the filter.
It is less than 12 months old......
