SIME boilers

Does anyone have information on how to wire up a room stat to a SIME Super 90 Combi boiler? Any help gratefully accepted.

The terminals for the room thermostat should be marked TA. They are numbered

22 and 23 on the MK2. Remove the wired link between these teminals and connect the room stat to these terminals

Fantastic! Thats exactly what I wanted..

Can you advise on what sort of cable would be suitable?

0.75mm heat resistant flex for the final connection to the boiler. You can use normal PVC cable for the run to the thermostat and join it to the flex with a junction box or just run flex all the way. If the thermostat contacts are mains voltage then you need 3 core flex so that one core is used for the earth. If the thermostat also needs a neutral you would need 4 core flex. Available by the metre at most electrical wholesalers.
