My friend has been given an Emachines Desktop PC model number 3230, but unfortunately, he wasn't given any of the restore disks and the person who gave it to him doesn't have them now either.
Can anyone help please....?

The windows licence should be on a sticker on the computer case. If you have a disk just load windows with that licence. You will probably have to manually install some drivers - but the windows update website can be useful for this. You could by an OEM disc from eBay and use the licence you should already have.
Since you already have a licence key (not that this version appears to need one...)
