Only had it 3 weeks or so and now it wont start, loaded the dishes switched it on and after a few seconds goes straight to the finish cycle light (light 4 of 4). Does anyone know the issue here?

get the supplier to change it. Everything is made in China these days, and much of it doesn't go through quality control, rather like Japanese stuff in the 50s
