subfloor airbrick

Bungalow has a conservatory added. Simple concrete base. Bungalow has a subfloor void with subfloor airbricks to 2 opposing sides. One of these airbricks vents into conservatory so has been blocked. A single subfloor airbrick had been added to the end wall of bungalow as near to the blocked airbrick as possible to compensate for the blocked airbrick but has no airbricks on opposite end wall. Would adding this airbrick have disturbed any subfloor insulation and would the position of this airbrick be an issue. A probe through this airbrick actually can see into the subfloor area which is one large void so does this mean it is classed as a solid floor. The other subfloor airbricks are properly vented through the cavity wall but probe wont go through. The airbrick concerned appears to be vented through the cavity wall with some packing surrounding it. We surmise it to be packing as it is definitely seperate to the retrofitted cavity wall insulation. Is this something to be concerned about or will it be ok. Not sure which category to post this to.
