Get the terms right or your searches will be frustrating. The word is skyscraper and nobody in construction uses that word anyway. Try 'high rise' or 'high-rise'. Toss in whatever other terms will help, like structure or structural.
RJust curious, is this how you go about "buldiong" a "skyscrapper"?

Try googling "post tensioning". It is not a new construction technique.
