Hi, I odn't know if this is the right forum or if there re better forums to ask this in but here it is:
We have a walkup patio for our baskment. There is a concrete retaining wall around it that is part of the larger foundaton. There are leaks/seepage in part of the wall when it rains. The water collects and drains down by the wall instead of out to the yard. Does this / Will this cause issues and weaken the foundation over time? If this is a problem how serious is it?
