Ok... I'm really tired of ironing clothes, especially button-down shirts and pants.
Does anyone have any good tips for wrinkle-free clothes without ironing? I know some fabrics like microfiber are intended to be wrinkle-free.

If you have a drier, use that and take the clothes out the minute they are dry and give them a shake and hang them. They, on the whole, will not need ironing. When you are washing clothes put them on a slighlty lower spin, because the high spin speeds really crumple them up.
It is rare that I use an iron. Remove the items from the dryer when they are slightly damp and quickly hang them up. Use light tugs on the fabric while shirts are on the hanger. For pants, fold them on the crease,"iron" them with your hand, and hang them up. Not exactly as good as ironing, but it is adequate for an engineer's desk job. I buy permanent press clothes and use the permanent press settings on the washer and dryer.
