Have you tried your hardest?
My cousin is an obstetrician, too.
Ammonia should work on 3M Blue Glue.
If the lubricant is soap, be careful not to get any in your eyes.

If nothing you've done has worked at all then they're probably solvent based stains.Try amyl acetate (nail varnish remover as a substitute), White Spirit, Dry Cleaning solvent or/and petrol and one of these is likely to have some effect.
Hope this helps

Well, I'm glad to hear he struck oil.
I agree with you 100%. Drilling case and laying pipe is hard labor. He ought to ask if they need an obstetrician out there on the rig. Obstetricians wear blue scrubs so they don't have to worry about blue glue stains.
