how do i get my PVC windows back to looking like new they are now yellow with smoking. I would like to get them back to white any help would be greatfull

how do i get my PVC windows back to looking like new they are now yellow with smoking. I would like to get them back to white any help would be greatfull
you can soak them in the bath tub with hot water and soap nad bleach and they'll come out like brand new again
