Hi there. I recently have had ongoing problem with black residue on kitchen countertops that resembles ground pepper

This could be caused by several factors, including mold growth, food residue, or a buildup of grease and oils. To clean, try wiping the surface with a solution of equal parts water and vinegar, then rinse with water. For tough stains, use a mixture of baking soda and water to form a paste and scrub the surface, then rinse with water. If the issue persists, consider having a professional inspect and clean the surface.
