I have an Encad Novahet III plotter and use Datacad 11. I can't seem to be able to plot a 24" x 36" plot the wide way. I have 36" paper and nothing I do will rotate the plot. Anyone able to do this?

I have an Encad Novahet III plotter and use Datacad 11. I can't seem to be able to plot a 24" x 36" plot the wide way. I have 36" paper and nothing I do will rotate the plot. Anyone able to do this?
Rotate the plotter to landscape orientation.
