On some industrially zoned lots, we need to build a 4,000 sq. ft. steel building. Pretty simple stuff; 50x80 rectangle, not very comlex interior. Building to house machine shop type operation. Need a FL certified Architect to draw up the site plans. Leads on steel buildings would be appreciated, too. I have a general contractor that I'm working with, but he's a friend and to save money I have to do all the legwork.

Don, Thanks for the info. Yes, I know I need someone to design the foundation, that's why I'm looking here. :-) As to your question about the BMG, no, there aren't any restrictions....yet. California just banned them and several states are trying to follow suit, but it'll be a long time (if ever) before a ban gets to Florida.
