On some industrially zoned lots, we need to build a 4,000 sq. ft. steel building. Pretty simple stuff; 50x80 rectangle, not very comlex interior. Building to house machine shop type operation. Need a FL certified Architect to draw up the site plans. Leads on steel buildings would be appreciated, too. I have a general contractor that I'm working with, but he's a friend and to save money I have to do all the legwork.
