Funny, but all those concepts put too much into it. A steaming pile of turd at the base of the Washington Monument would be plenty. Something to contrast it against, and something that show it in it's full and complete legacy :).

That would work too, but a dollar bill is a pit much. Maybe we could put him on the "tails" end of a penny.
