In the english building regulations, part L2 clause 0.22 allows no insulation for low or no heating situations. If we heat the building to 16deg C the load will be greater than 25w/m2. Exists another regulations for this situation? Otherwise we must increase the insulation in dimensions that i mean is not nececery for a low heating building.
