just had all new ducts installed, and a atic fan.
i have a leech air conditioner in fla. temp is set at 81. when it is 90 outside it never shuts off until 10 pm

That would be brutal! It may be time to find an air conditioning service in Florida. I can only imagine how brutal the heat is with the added humidity!
