Xmas Catalogue Review: "The magic of Toys" (Tesco)

Tesco* have a new Christmas toy catalogue. It is a work of evil ordering genius.

On page 1,

*See it? Love it? Stick it!*

Kids! See a toy you love? Place one of these stickers next to your faves (and show your parents!)

On page 2,

[Fabulous sheet of stickers, 74 in all]

On pages 4 to 120,

[800 odd toys for the aforementioned stickers to be stuck on]

BUT WAIT...!

On pages 16, 26, 29, 30, 32, 42, 45.... (etc)

There's now a new game for kids. There's empty sticker shaped patches on these pages and an instruction "Can you find my sticker?".

Is little Tommy still playing the first game, or is Tesco really playing Tommy and his parents? Will Santa deliver something expensive but totally unexpected / unwanted?

Answers plse to the North Pole.

74!!!

When I were a lad it was one 'big' pressy, couple of smaller things, something from the cat so I had an extra thing to open, and an orange and some chocolate coins in the sock at the end of the bed.

Parents! Stick it in the bin before the kids see it.

And boots have a 3 CD set of their beauty products and lots of excited people pretending how good they all are. I think unfortunately, Christmas has once again staggered into view ready to fleece the unwary and easily led. Brian
