OT - I couldn't resist this

Tories are thick

Scientist Geraint Rees, from University College London's Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience, initially scanned the brains of Conservative politician Alan Duncan and Labour's Stephen Pound for the Today programme. He then continued the research with a further 90 participants which found that Liberal and Conservative attitudes were associated with thicker areas of parts of the brain.

Hmm, well in what context does hi use the word thicker? Thicker as in more neurons, which might be a good thing, or thicker as in two short planks, which is a bad thing, and why has he not done Labour and Ukip. BNp could be interesting as well. Theirs is probably white and stringy. Brian

Yes, more neurones in the thicker parts, so more brain cells needed to be a tory or a liberal than to be socialist.

Only a socialist would get the wrong end of the stick and shout about it in public.

Politicians have a brain! Amazing. Which day of the year is it used?

Yes - just one between them this week When I once heard that MPs get a salary of £65,000 I reckoned that £65k/~650=£10 each doesn't seem too bad, then I realised...!
