Well thanks to everyone who was trying to help....... and the rest......you show your ignorance clearly!.......Trane had a recall on the TXV, a bad batch of valves.....new something was up....Anyways for all the idiots, thanks for the laugh!

How do you know it's a bad TXV? What are the symptoms?
Some temperatures and pressures are helpful to us guys on the other end of the computer.
You do have a liquid line filter drier right before the TXV, right?
