I remember seeing this guy some years ago. Even purchased his catalog- only to find that all of the plans he touts are available to anyone for the trouble of going down to your local library and scanning the microfilms of old Popular Mechanics, and Popular Science magazines, among others. He doesn't even have the decency to reformat them- he simply scanned in the copies from the microfilm to make his pdf files- and without giving credit as to the origin of the articles. Shameful.
