Open up. It's about "the rules," man. Canada post isn't a corporation any
more than USPS is, I'm sure. Imagine how much more arbitrary they could be
if they made other delivery services illegal.
That's socialism - state monopoly.
You may be sure, but you're wrong. Canada Post _is_ a corporation
and sets its policies independent of the government.
Companies make rules too. For example, Grizzly won't sell and ship
to Canadians. No government involved. Get over it.
