I have a porter cable 690 router and an inlay bearing set. Can any one give me some hints on how to use these bearings and to find patterns for inlays? Thanks; snipped-for-privacy@gmail.com

I guess some patterns may be available for purchase but making patterns is easy. Go here for some info.

Bob, you're in luck. Woodcraft has them in their new flyer, and in Whiteside brand they are $39, including a genuine Whiteside bit (which is probably that much itself when purchased).
Then of course, there are these guys. Bit made in China or Taiwan, but they stand behind them 100%.
