Dean, this is a good review, but I would have liked to hear specifically how it did with small bits - 1/8" and less. I have an earlier model, and it's been difficult to keep from ending up with a negative relief angle on the little bits. There was a rumor here on the ng quite a while ago that DD had redesigned the chuck, but I haven't heard anything since about the issue.
