I have two objections to a built-in Li-ion battery. The obvious is that you cannot have a charged spare ready when it peters out. Also, I just had a tool with built-in Li-ion battery die. The only battery place around here said they could not replace lithium batteries because their insurance wouldn't let them. Rather than ship it back to the company that made it I trashed it.

Grammar nitpick: your first sentence sticks out like a sore thumb. "Black and Decker" is the name of one company not two. Therefore you have a problem with subyect/verb agreement. Your editor should be scolded!

Spelling nitpick: "subject" is spelled with a "j" not a "y". Don't you just hate it when you think you have the upper hand and end up looking like,,, ,well you know. You are going to be a very busy person if you look for others mistakes. I suggest you not throw stones from your glass house.
