Tip - Don't watch the blade. Sight down the board, somewhat as if using a rifle, using the mark closest to you as the "rear sight" and the mark at the far end of the board as the "front sight". When sighting down the board keep the blade in line with the two "sights". You'll have less wander.

Can you elaborate to us noob's on what that means? The blade runs on the top of the tire on the top wheel and on the bottom of the tire on the bottom wheel.
The tires are not flat. They have a crown on them, with the highest point in the center of the tire. So the blade should be sitting on the center of wheel (looking at it from the side), as opposed to the front or back edge of the tire.
Hope this makes sense.
