Just curious if anybody seen any good deals that I may have missed. It will have to be something real special to get me out early morning.

You beat me to the punch asking the question. I'm going to do the Rockler K-body deal at their sale on Saturday.

I'll probably use the 25% off coupon to buy a bottle of Titebond II extended glue.

The Porter-Cable 690LR router is on sale at home depot right now for $99. I was going to get one, until I realized I had to also buy a router speed control to make it fully useful. That gets it within scatching distance of a newer model router with the goodies built-in.

All-in-all, I haven't seen any killer deals except those 15 minute specials on Amazon last week.

Hi, sort've woodworking. Lowes here in Knoxville, TN, has the Bosch 9 amp Recip. saw with case for $69.95 Fri., Sat., and Sun. Not sure if it's national. Hard to beat when you need one.

Harbor Freight has the 91772 turbine powered hvlp sprayer (ie. sprayer plus compressor) on sale for $30 (thirty). Heh heh. I think I'm going to pass on it though.

Although, at $99, it would make a nice second router, set up with either a straight cutter when doing machine/jig DTs, or a smaller roundover, where the variable speed isn't required.

Remember the recent thread about the disease? ;-)

Just noticed that Amazon is repeating the sale of the Bessey 24/40 clamp set for $125 & with and if you have one of their $25 off $100 coupons, you can grab it for $100.

I guess they are matching the Rockler deal this weekend. Nice if you don't have a Rockler walk-in store near you.

I bought this set last week.

I got a 4.5 hp 15 gallon "contractor" Shop Vac for $39 at Farm & Fleet. $30 off, and I needed a bigger one anyhow. They flew off the shelf at that price- but I get up at 4 am anyhow, so it wasn't much of a stretch to drop in right when they opened and nab one.

4 new Kbody's and 4 blocks..

Will fit nicely in my Beech scrap clamp rack..

25% off coupon at Rockler will get you a FWWII for just under $80. If you don't have a local store or a coupon, they are on sale at forrestblades.com for $89. Either way, not too bad of a deal.

- saw blades, router bits, Dadonator Dado set) is running a 10% off sale for items off their web site (20% off router bits), and other specials. Shipping is free as well for orders over $100.

Looking at their Dadonator set for a hint for an XMas gift from a special someone (won Popular Woodworkings best new tool of 2004) :)

Not really a Black Friday Special, but there's a $30 rebate on the PC plate joiner.

Looks like I have to go buy one now . .er . that is . . my wife's Christmas presant (Nahm's small entertainment center in "Classics From ...) calls for plate joinery . . I WAS going to M&T the face frames, but who can argue with the combined logic of a rebate AND Nahm . . .

Well, that's what the box and the Vac say, but I haven't asked any teams of horses to go head-to-head with it. Does seem a bit overinflated, though- according to their claims, it's the most powerful electric motor in my whole shop.
