Incr Miter 5000

I have an Incra 3000SE but am interested in the Miter 5000 as a cross-cut sled. It appears that I could just buy the tables and attach my 3000SE.

I am interested in opinions of the Miter5000, anyone out there use one, if so, how do you like it?

Russ

I've had the Incra 5000 for a couple of years now....and love it. Actually, I've forgotten what it's like to use an ordinary miter gauge and cut-off sled. The most significant thing I've experienced is the accuracy. When doing work, I frequently remove the 5000, use the rip fence to rip wood, and then install the 5000 again....and it' dead-nuts accurate. I don't remember the last time I used my cut-off sled...either the small one or the large one.

I like it a lot.

Yep, if you already have the 3000SE, what you want is the Incra Miter Express. Miter Express Review -
