I'm going to the Getty Center in Los Angeles today for the Rembrandt exhibition (last day today), but came across this on their website:

shows the steps involved in 18th century French table with marquetry.This exhibit starts on Oct. 7th for those in the area fortunate enough to see it. Simply amazing...
