water quit working at the house so when he checked the pump outside the filter casing had frozen and cracked and a chunk broke off. we ended up replacing the filter and the pump. when he first turned the pump on the water shot out like a volcano. when he turned the pump off, put the coupling on and closed it ...turned the pump back on and nothing. cant get it to prime at all. any ideas?
