You are a 4th year electrical apprentice

And as thick as pig shit and a bit of a known liar.

Your claim today is that on a house refurb everyone left and they locked you in the house with a first year apprentice.

So do you

  1. Climb out of a window leaving the place insecure causing lots of problems.

  1. Use the front door that has a thumb wheel lock and is self locking.

Many people you think are liars tend to be useless at memorising stuff, so bluff their way through. Did he used to be on weed? However he might have been born thick or never allowed to learn by actually creating stuff during education. You cannot lie your way out of things when its only you that suffers when you botch it, but people these days seem to be given knowledge but not the ability to use it in real world situations. Just look at the average university graduate and you can see the problem. I'm probably one of the last generation who was allowed to develop common sense and problem solving skills. Brian

Management fault. Lack of instruction especially when it is known to management that the employee has problems.

Wouldn't front door locks be one of those things you'd pick up along with shoe laces, around first infant's school attendance?

I have been at the joiners today - he was the last to leave with the apprentice inside. He says he did not lock the door.
