i have a issue with the boiler being very loud and after some time i
cuts out the ignition goes out and the only way to get it to work fo central heating or hot water is to press reset button. please can yo hel

The boiler is overheating due to the water not being drawn away from the heat exchanger...
- Most likely a stuck pump in the boiler itself - see if it will free off, otherwise replace with a 6m head pump;
- Boiler airlocked. Have you drained the boiuler recently? Make sure the auto-air-vent is open & working;
- Blocked primary heat exchanger - require flushing out or replacing.
