I need to replace 60 square meters of damaged carpet either with a wooden floor or a ceramic floor, what are the advantages and the inconvenience of each solution and which one provides better warmth?

Wood generally feels warmer, unless you use under-tile heating. What sort of room is this?

leaving room , corridor and bedrooms. no under-tile heating
