Can Wicks replacement windows be put in place from the inside (2nd floor windows need replacing)

I have some, they are junk !!!!
I suggest you find your local REHAU factoy, where all the local builders go, and buy made to measure. These can be fitted from the inside, unless the inside hole is smaller than the outside one.
