Let's see, we have a house with a garden full of bamboo and palm trees.

Growing things on?

Or, on a D-I-Y tack...

Dear Mr Titchmarsh, never let them tell you that size isn't important. My aunt told me that, but then all my new wallpaper fell off.

No, that's Symantha's house.

Quite clearly, she enjoys some wood up her back alley.

Somewhere round there (Honor Oak) is Europe's largest underground reservoir. A very well kept secret I think

As a point of interest how did you pick up the url for that ?

If I start Google Maps and zoom in on a site the address bar doesn't reflect what I am seeing, just says Google Maps

I've worked out how to get that url. The version of Google Maps brought up by the original post has a slightly different interface to the one I have.

At the top right of the page is a "link" button. You click on it and copy the url that it gives you.

And I have just noticed it gives a short URL option, I used Tinyurl!

Possibly there used also to be trellis further down the wall. (I've seen such on other e.o.t. houses in London.) When that was removed the ladder did not reach high enough to allow the removal of the top section.
