We only pay for clean water supply, not foul water disposal, as we deal that ourselves with a septic tank. If you don't want to pay the sewerage part, get a septic tank installed. But probably not a very practical suggestion for most people, you included! And the cost would need to be set against the sewerage cost to see if it was economically worth the outlay.
