We have a window on a landing about 3/4 of the way up the stairs. It's double glazed, non-openable and 85cm wide by 2.4m high. Not a typo.
Neighbours at the back can see in, though they're not too close. We'd like to be able to screen off the bottom half and leave the top half clear.
So I thought a roller blind unit at the bottom with some sort of brackets or magnets to hold the blind when deployed. We'd use a normal hook type window pole, don't really want cords.
Will it work? Anyone done similar? Reminds me of my dad's old home movie screen.
