Hi all,
In my water supplied by "Southern Water" I have noticed a metallic taste to the water at times and noticed a dark stain that is difficult to remove in my white wash hand basin.
The taste is still there in a coffee, I have goggled this but seem to find only sites that really want to sell a water purifier rather than tell me if the water is ok.
Any ideas please?

Hi all, The cold water supply is direct from the mains, there is a tank in a cubbord just for hot water.
I did look at Southern Waters website and contacted them from there, they say allow up to 10 days for an answer.
Iwas hoping there might be a "strip test paper" that I could have tried while I am waiting. Thanks for your help, Mick.
