Yep. From 11th October for Prime members. But surely they wouldn’t bump their prices up just before a sale? Tim

That's the third party seller price. Amazon themselves were most recently £9.99 but they're currently out of stock:

Since they have just sent me an alert, I'm guessing they are. On smart plugs, it very much depends on whether you want one that works ofr not. I'd not touch a TP Link one with a ten foot pole, they are a sod to set up needing two apps, and when they are are very apt to get amnesia when you least expect it. Brian
I'm not Prime, they want to get more people onto Prime before they hike the price to nearly 90 quid as Christmas comes along. Actually sale wise, Amazon are a bit like Dodgy Furniture Story and their like, who nearly always seem to have a sale, but when you look at the terms, often the savings are not as great as their snazzy adverts suggest by cherry picking what they want to shift. That Camel site is also useful for finding the earlier price of "sale" items which are sold at a fake discount.
A lot of Chinese gadgets I looked at in pevious Amazon sales fall into this category.
