I don't recall mentioning anything about CO2 being in any way related to the increase in Antarctic ice cover. Personally, I view the CO2 hypothesis as unproven and have serious doubts about the veracity of the scientists who present the data that claims to support it.
However, for Antarctic ice growth, AIUI the theories are; that the demonstrable warming of the oceans around Antarctica has resulted in the wind circulation changing, diverting potentially warming winds around the continent, instead of flowing into it; that the warmer oceans have increased humidity and hence snowfall over the continent, increasing both the amount of ice and the albedo; that changes have occurred in the ocean currents, with the result that colder water is now rising in the area; and/or that it is a local cooling effect, due to the hole in the ozone layer. None of those rely upon the CO2 hypothesis.
